I had a really great experience here. the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the garden views are lovely. Plus, there are plenty of tasty options for breakfast! 🌼.

The guest room was spotless and warm. The view of garden was delightful. The hotel's location was marvellous to the waterpark which they thoroughly enjoyed. Moreover, it's near to different restaurants, free beach, bus station and supermarket and the seaside.

A fantastic value accommodation with incredibly helpful night shift staff. Our room was impeccably clean and featured central heating, a TV, and a cozy sitting area. the hotel offers a welcoming family atmosphere and includes a private bathroom. Its marvelous location, just a stone's throw from the sea, is complemented by proximity to a bus station for easy access to Pisa and a modern beach structure that provides all the necessary conveniences.

It is difficult to carry to elivator, and we muist lift the carrier by myself.

Great location! The hotel is only a short drive away from the airport, which is perfect after a long flight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they offer a delicious breakfast buffet.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrading. , the shower doesn't have much water pressure, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak.

Stopped for 1 night only. We were with motorbikes and were able to park in the private parking place under roof, and the parking was free. Cool glass elevator to the floors :)

The Hotel reception is a mess (kind of typical Italian). The mixed our rooms, and finally we didn't need to move, but somebody else probably suffered because of this. The Administration at chek out was also a mess. Usually all the keys were on the reception desk anybody could grab any keys without any notice. Once I was standing in front on the reception desk and the receptionist spent a nice 10 minutes chat with an other hotel guest without even asking me what I want. (I had only a simple 5sec question). 3 hours Wifi for 6EUR is a bit too much.

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and offers affordable rates. the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Breakfast includes a variety of pastries, cheese, and salami with free coffee. the staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The furnishings in our room were a bit dated and shabby. the noise level from neighboring rooms was quite high and disrupted our sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the road and bus stops so, it is easy to reach from both Livorno and Pisa. Right opposite to the hotel is a luxury beach Delfino, thus this is a nice destination for a relaxed holiday. The hotel is well maintained, clean, with comfortable rooms. One has also opportunity to order meals at the hotel, but such arrangements have to be made in advance. Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel.

Some towels, although clean, were not perfectly bleached. TV set did not have any channels available in English. Because of the hotel location close to the road the noise from the passing cars and motorcycles is heard, perhaps, in majority of the rooms - something to consider for people sensitive to such kind of noise.
